We are looking for a Business Partnership Consultant to strengthen relationships and expand business in Spain and Portugal. Based in our Madrid office, you’ll play a key role in growing our presence and revenue in the region.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow partnerships with key retailers and partners in Spain and Portugal.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and new opportunities.
  • Handle commercial requests with a win-win approach, ensuring smooth internal communication.
  • Keep partners engaged through frequent communication, meetings, and business reviews.
  • Identify and onboard new strategic partners, especially in the Portuguese market.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, IT, Operations) to align on business needs.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Fluent Spanish (native), Portuguese, and English (spoken & written).
  • 4-5 years of experience in B2B business development or account management.
  • Background in Incentives, Loyalty, Marketing, Benefits, Rewards, Retail, or Gift Card Management.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a natural ability to maintain and grow business relationships.

Are you a sales-driven professional with a passion for international markets? We’re looking for a Senior Business Developer to help us grow our global presence, expand our partnerships, and drive revenue in the Gift Card and Digital Value industry. If you thrive in fast-paced, international environments, this is the role for you!

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive international sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing strong relationships with merchants and key partners worldwide.
  • Execute and refine global sales strategies, ensuring alignment with revenue targets and market expansion goals.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals, managing the full sales cycle with a focus on strategic growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to adapt sales strategies and seize new opportunities.
  • Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Represent Amilon at global industry events and trade shows, strengthening our presence in international markets.

🔹 Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in global sales, ideally in the Gift Card or digital industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working in international teams and across multiple time zones.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for business development activities.
  • Location: Madrid or remote (if from the industry).

  • Multilingual skills (English and Spanish C1 required; additional languages are a plus).
