In order to protect all its stakeholders, Amilon, a company of the Zucchetti Group, has adopted the Whistleblowing Policy, in compliance with the changes introduced by Legislative Decree no. 24 of 10 March 2023, published in G.U. no. 63 of 15 March 2023, regarding “Implementation of the Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law and establishing provisions concerning the protection of persons who report breaches of national laws”.

The policy is intended to provide the subjects identified by the Legislative Decree, including customers and suppliers, with the opportunity to make reports concerning conduct, risks, offences or irregularities, whether committed or attempted, detrimental to the interests of Amilon.

The reporting of persons found guilty of unlawful acts is essential to prevent corrupt episodes and to protect the integrity of the company, as well as to provide a guarantee of fairness and legality to all those involved in the company’s business.

The policy makes it possible to clearly manage the subject, contents, recipients and methods of transmission of reports, in full compliance with the forms of protection offered to the reporting person, who is in fact guaranteed against any form of retaliation, discrimination or penalization and may request the confidentiality of his or her identity.

Amilon promotes and guarantees the values of legality, responsibility, transparency, safety and professional ethics to all stakeholders, also by adopting this policy.
