Amilon , Italian-headquartered company leader in E-Gift cards industry for B2B market and part of Zucchetti Group, is looking for a new junior resource to join the IT Systems Team.
The resource should have the following basic knowledge
– Assistance with PCs, printers, smartphones, monitors and devices
– Knowledge of Office and Microsoft 365
– Domain management and DNS configuration
– User management, distribution lists, protection groups on Active Directory
– Windows server installation, management and maintenance: Domain Controller, Web Server (IIS), SQL Server
– Knowledge of TCP/IP network
– Configuration, operation and maintenance of network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls
– Basic knowledge of virtualisation systems (such as VMware)
– Basic knowledge of SQL language
Basic knowledge of Linux, Failover, Cluster and Load Balancing concepts, as well as a passion for technology in general would complete the profile.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in Magento 2 development.
- Profound knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and other web technologies.
- Ability to create custom themes and modules for Magento 2.
- Competence in using development best practices and design patterns.
- Familiarity with integrating third-party extensions.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, managing complex projects.
- Excellent understanding of SEO practices and performance optimizations.

About the Company – Amilon Polska is seeking Client Manager to join our Client Management team for a temporary maternity substitution. This role involves managing client relationships with local entities, merchants, and partners to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and consistent service delivery. This is a dynamic position that combines both Client and Merchant Management responsibilities as part of a collaborative team aligned with Amilon’s headquarters’ standards.
About the Role – Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction by addressing day-to-day inquiries, understanding their needs, and building strong business partnerships.
- Merchant Management: Collaborate with merchants to troubleshoot issues, coordinate with the broader Merchant team, and work proactively to minimize recurring requests by identifying underlying challenges.
- Problem Resolution: Ensure all client and merchant issues are resolved, either directly or by escalating to the appropriate departments, while tracking progress for timely follow-up and client feedback.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with local and headquarters teams to ensure compliance with company policies and adherence to established service processes.
Qualifications – Native Polish speaker with strong communication skills in English; fluency in other languages is a plus. Proven experience in client management, ideally in a digital or service-oriented environment. Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and follow-through. Ability to navigate complex processes with multiple points of contact and maintain high standards of client and merchant satisfaction.
