We are looking for a Business Partnership Consultant to strengthen relationships and expand business in Spain and Portugal. Based in our Madrid office, you’ll play a key role in growing our presence and revenue in the region.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow partnerships with key retailers and partners in Spain and Portugal.
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and new opportunities.
- Handle commercial requests with a win-win approach, ensuring smooth internal communication.
- Keep partners engaged through frequent communication, meetings, and business reviews.
- Identify and onboard new strategic partners, especially in the Portuguese market.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, IT, Operations) to align on business needs.
🔹 Requirements:
- Fluent Spanish (native), Portuguese, and English (spoken & written).
- 4-5 years of experience in B2B business development or account management.
- Background in Incentives, Loyalty, Marketing, Benefits, Rewards, Retail, or Gift Card Management.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a natural ability to maintain and grow business relationships.

- Willingness to travel internationally for business development activities.
